Psychology can be a touchy subject for some, but not for you. When you've become the last bastion against complete and utter insanity amidst the crew, you're going to need a little bit more than kind words and moth plushies.

Bare minimum requirements: Provide mental counseling to crew in need.

A Doctorate In Talking

Sometimes, all the people of the station need is a good talk to feel a little bit better about their shift. That's where you, stunning you, comes in! You're here to provide relief and support to those who no longer have it (or are legally required to receive it,) diagnose their sanity, and provide the appropriate counsel or medication. You are, in essence, a completely useless member of the crew otherwise: but don't underestimate yourself! Between you and a competent security team, some otherwise uncontainable threats may just be eased into submission.

Your presence also can calm a delaminating supermatter, so keep in close contact with your engineering buddies.
