In Addition to the standard TG Wounds:

Muscle Tears: Lowers limb health and causes limb to be slower or become disabled

This can be caused by many things that cause brute damage

To tend to this, Splint (gauze) and rest in a bed, sleeping also improves rest time by an additional 100%
