Basic Description
Teshari are a species of Raptor-like feathered aliens hailing from the cold, frigid planet of Penelope III, in the Penelope's Star System (Commonly referred to as Penelope's Star). Teshari have no organized, central government, and vary in their knowledge of the galaxy outside of their planet and of other cultures. Packs on Penelope are in the process of being uplifted by the Galactic Federation and other stellar powers.
